The site was great to locate it but the Barros location at 825 W Baseline Rd in Tempe was horrible, bad customer service. Non caring attitudes from employees and was told when we ordered 6 pizzas for our work event at 10am it would be there between 11am and 1130. We did not receive it until 12:15 and had to call 3 times of which was treatd very rude and told it was a mis-communication and that it should take 3 hours!!! I have never waited 3 hours for pizza! We will not be using them for work or personal use any longer.

FALSE ADVERTISING ON YOU MENU!!! Changing the price after I order directly from your menu is not only rude, but against the law. SHAME!!! Iwill never NEVER order from you again. And I teach the Barro children in Cave Creek, what a disgrace.
Well, here I was...thinking I could just get on line and order a few pizzas for a meeting at work. My work place is a pediatric intensive care unit. Lo and behold.....this comment page is a real eye opener. While I'm at work trying to save little kids lives with many, many other people, there are a lot of you guys that are sitting at home writing vile and cruel things about people. Come walk in my shoes anytime if you want to see what's really important. I will never order this pizza again.
The first time I ordered the deliver man was rude and the pizza had two hairs on the first slice I pulled. I vowed not to eat there again. A friend ordered two weeks later and offered me a piece. Again the first slice I pulled had two hairs on it melted in the cheese. This time I called to complain. The manager of the 825 W Baseline Store (Chad) accused me of putting hairs on the pizza to get a free pie. If Chad had only looked at the history of the location the pizzas were sent to he would see that we spend over $200 a month at Barros feeding our employees too. Well no longer. Chad was a real @ss on the phone and really ahd no desire to resolve the issue. Sorry Barros...the pizza may have been good, but the service and lack of follwoing health standards lost you another customer (and business).

I work at this store, this is the best pizza place in the world. It is a great job for someone who is willing to work extra hard. I dont see why you have the need to talk bad about Barro's, if you don't like it, then don't go there. Its just pathetic how some people act on these web pages.

It would be nice if Barro's opened before 11:00am for the businesses who order in large quantities for there employees. Unfortunately, delivery time is lacking, and due to the rush the pizza was tossed all around the box, really gave a bad impression of the delivery service.

I just finished three pieces of Barro's pizze just now...that's a bit of a coincidence since this is the first time I've been to this site. I had two pieces of pepperoni and one olive. Three pieces...because i finished the first two and the taste was still in my mouth...i needed more. I went to Barro's Pizza, and I thought that it was the best pizza I've ever had! They have the nicest workers, and the place was kept very clean.
Yea I agree with Nancy comment and when I walked into the Barros in anthem and that place was crazy one of the mangers was yelling at everyone and once I saw that I asked for the manger and told him there was no need to yell at his employees. The place was also very dirty.
